So excited to share with you that Esther Valdez, principal at Rose Stein Elementary School was one of four finalists for the Colorado Association of School Executives National Distinguished Principal Award! Honored for being a dynamic and inspiring leader, her dedication to a growth mindset, and her readiness to take on any challenge, Esther is honored to be selected as a finalist, but wants it known, the true honor lies with her students, staff, and community. It is because of them she remains dedicated and innovative and is so proud to be a member of the Rose Stein community. Jeffco is proud of you, Esther - congratulations! #teamjeffco
